Once registered owner grants permission for a third party to access a vehicle in our possession, Spears Towing shall not be held liable for any items removed, missing, damaged or alleged to be removed from the vehicle. By authorizing third party access, the vehicle owner acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the condition and contents of the vehicle following such access.
